We stayed at Sundance over Christmas and were blown away by the customer service.  The staff were very accommodating, super friendly and were on our requests immediately… including bringing extra tables etc for our Christmas dinner.  We felt so relaxed at Sundance that we will be spending Christmas with you again next year.

Just a little note to praise your staff at Sundance.  My sister won a package through one of the radio stations for 8 people.  We chose Sundance!!!  Your staff was fabulous especially a gal named Mary that checked us in , they noticed before we did that Cen Res has printed the lift tickets for the wrong date and immediately had this rectified.  They were so friendly and helpful.  Thanx so much, the kids had a wonderful time in the pool and theatre room

My family and I have been coming to Sundance at Big White since its opening in Feb '04. My twins are 8 years old and just love this place. There is so much for them to do it really makes it easy on us to relax - knowing the kids are swimming, playing games, foosball, pool etc. I recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for a wonderful winter vacation and terrific accommodations.

Please extend my sincere thank you to your manager who helped us out due to a skiing accident in our party the day of check in. Rest assured that our large ski family has heard of your compassion and kindness during this difficult time (79 year old fractured knee and shoulder) and will surely be staying at Sundance whenever they need accommodation at Big White.

This was my third year staying with you – I will be back next year and every year until I can’t ski anymore – so you’ve got a ‘regular’ for at least another 20 years.

ESC/Delta Controls has held their annual ski trip at Big White for the last 12 years. This year we choose SunDance at Big White to provide the accommodations for our staff and guests. Right from the beginning and all through the planning process the SunDance staff made the committee’s work a pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived till we departed our staff and guest were treated as royalty. The check-in process for our group of 100 people was so well planned they had everyone in their rooms within 15 minutes. Questions and concerns were respectively dealt with. The amenities such as the lounge, pools and hot tubs provided an atmosphere where our staff and families could interact. The rooms were beautiful, exceptionally clean and well furnished.

Since our return the office staff have continually commented to me on SunDance and how well they were treated. A special thanks to Jesse, Alisa, and Elton for making the committee’s work easier and we look forward to next year’s trip.

To all the staff of SunDance and Legends Resorts thank-you for making this year’s ski trip the best event ever.
